Lars started his career in M&A in an industrial family company, Freudenberg, then entered engineering & software consulting with Altran/ Arthur D. Little and developed AKKA Technologies internationally by structuring acquisitions for 15 years.
He joined Groupe Baelen in 2022 to contribute on the development of the German & international presence.
Baptiste was previously a manager in consulting at A.T. Kearney, where he worked for 7 years focusing on turnaround and operational transformation situations.
He joined Baelen Group in 2021 to help the subsidiaries in their operational roadmaps.
Nicolas started his career in 2018 at Startegy& in strategy consulting, prior to joining Convelio in 2021, a logistic start up, where he worked on operational strategy issues.
He joined Baelen Group in 2023 as an Operating Manager to support the subsidiaries in their operational challenges.
After several experiences in SMEs as accountant, Loïc joined the group in 2020 to oversee Group’s accounting. He is graduated in accounting and management.
Caroline, with her previous experience in the field of high-end seasonal rental real estate, has spent the last five years in a private concierge service.
She joined the Baelen Group in 2022 as Personal Assistant to Mr. Baelen and Office Manager of the Holding.
