The acquisition of Akila Ingénierie in 2019, followed by a number of other companies from 2021 onwards, has created a diversified building engineering business with 35 regional offices in mainland France to date:
Akila Ingénierie: specialising in structural audits and diagnostics.
Cotec: designs and implements construction projects on behalf of public and private clients in Ile-de-France.
Chevalier Diag: specialist in pre-construction asbestos diagnostics. The company has an in-house laboratory enabling analysis of samples.
Batexpert: specialist in asbestos and hydrocarbons diagnostics (pre-construction).
Neoconcept VRD: engineering company focusing on the identification of buried networks.
Envol Environnement: specialist in the study of building projects’ environmental impact.
Groupe SAE: specializes in the study of grounds, hydrological studies.
